Patty's man introduced me to a good friend of his and the owner of the beautiful home we were standing in. He didn't want to leave me alone and wanted Patty to himself. I looked up at the man in front of me dressed as Batman and thought about what Patty had said on the way over.
“I think tonight you should let your hair down, have a few drinks, and meet a hot guy. Have a night of fun. It's a Halloween party. You need to enjoy it. Hook up with a hottie for one night. Can you imagine how fun it would be?" she asked.
Maybe she was right, I thought.
How bad could it be?
One night of romance could be fun, right?

This is a very well written book. The hero is sexy, kind, and human. Too bad the heroine is a screaming harpy. Even the heroine's best friend said to her that she didn't know why he took the heroine's abuse. Seriously, he could do better. Maybe Ms. Cummin will write a sequel were the hero realizes he made a big mistake and found someone better.Product details

I loved loved this set.
The author brings so much to the table with these characters that you will be happy in the end but screaming in many other parts.
